Hi!  I’m Oliver.

I adopted my people on January 7, 2013.  My (now) mom went out to get the mail, and I meowed at her from underneath the front porch.  She sat down on the sidewalk, and I came out to greet her.  Then I followed her out to the mailbox.  When she came back and sat down in the Adirondack chair, I jumped up in her lap, circled around, sat down, and fell asleep.  Even though I was so dirty that I was orange-colored (instead of my usual snowball white), Momma didn’t make me move.  She just called Daddy on the phone and said, “I think we’ve been adopted.”

Later that week, they took me to get shots and medicines.  Before letting me loose in the house, they bathed me (YUCK!) and found out that I wasn’t an orange tabby cat.  Then they tried to introduce me to my step-brother and step-sister.  Mom didn’t know if we were going to make it through those first days but now we are one big, happy family… most of the time.

My favorite things are playing soccer with any little ball or soda top, killing socks (Mom does NOT like it when I fish them out of the clean laundry basket, though!), playing tag with my younger step-sister, and trying to sneak outside…or downstairs…or into the bedroom…or anywhere I’m not supposed to be. J  I also like tormenting my older step-brother and younger step-sister when we’re home alone.  Shhh.  Please don’t tell Mom and Dad I said that!

If you have any questions about my candles, you can email them to me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call my parents at 770-654-1361.  (They won’t let me use the phone anymore since I tried to eat Dad’s cell phone).

Meow for now,

Oliver Fritz
